1. Exchange your tickets to any category

You have the right to exchange your tickets (subject to availability). All requests for changes need to be sent to info@gp1tickets.com and receive confirmation from us. This does not apply if the tickets have already been sent or emailed to your email address or app, or if the tickets have been registered, personalized, or if the registration process has started.

3. Change names on the tickets

You have the right to change the names on the tickets (in case the organizer requires it). All requests for changes need to be sent to info@gp1tickets.com and receive confirmation from us. This does not apply if the tickets have already been sent or emailed to your email address or app, or if the tickets have been registered, personalized, or if the registration process has started.

4. Add more tickets to your order

You have the right to add more tickets to your order (subject to availability). All requests need to be sent to info@gp1tickets.com and receive confirmation from us. This does not apply if the tickets have already been sent or emailed to your email address or app.

5. Cancel some of your tickets

You have the right to cancel some of your tickets. All requests for cancellations need to be sent to info@gp1tickets.com and receive confirmation from us. The refund will be sent to you in a voucher. This does not apply if the tickets have already been sent or emailed to your email address or app, or if the tickets have been registered, personalized, or if the registration process has started.

6. Cancel your order

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days before the start of the event. All requests for cancellations need to be sent to info@gp1tickets.com and receive confirmation from us. 7. 25€ voucher for future order

When you add F1 Flex Ticketing we will send you (by email) 25€ voucher for future order. The voucher can be used no earlier than 30 days after your order. The voucher is valid 1 year from the cancellation date and can only be used for listed tickets on gp1tickets.com. The voucher cannot be used on other websites and cannot be exchanged for money.

8. Refunds

All refunds will be refunded in voucher. The voucher is valid only for tickets listed on gp1tickets.com. This does not apply if the tickets have already been sent or emailed to your email address or app. The service and flex fee will not be refunded.

9. Voucher refunds

The voucher is valid 2 years from the cancellation date and can only be used for listed tickets on gp1tickets.com. The voucher cannot be used on other websites and cannot be exchanged for money.

Note that all rebookings are subject to available seats and can only be made as an upgrade. The upgrade for the ticket price will be paid by the customer.
